Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Construction Project Manager Assistant to join our team at Prairie Barns Construction LLC. This role will be key in supporting both our office and field teams, including Project Managers, Site Superintendents, vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, is detail-oriented, and has extensive experience in construction. Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with office and field teams to support project management tasks

- Pick up and deliver materials to job sites as needed

- Return excess materials to vendors or storage facilities

- Conduct regular site visits to ensure cleanliness and organization

- Ensure job sites have appropriate facilities to maintain clean and safe working conditions

- Verify that all necessary materials are present on-site before the crew's arrival

- Oversee site clean-up upon project completion, ensuring all debris and materials are removed

- Assist in maintaining communication with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution

- Be proactive in troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise on-site


Requirements:

- 5 years of hands-on construction experience with a deep knowledge of construction.

- Proven ability to manage relationships with clients, vendors, and team members

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- A friendly, professional demeanor and a positive outlook on life

- A willingness to go the extra mile to ensure projects are completed successfully

- Commitment to continual learning and improvement within the construction field

- Ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of tasks from start to finish
