We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pole Barn Carpenter to join our dynamic team in Southwest North Dakota. As a key team member, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing pole barns, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our client's satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Construct and repair pole barns according to established standards, specifications, and blueprints.

Safely operate hand and power tools, measuring equipment, and heavy machinery.

Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

2+ years of experience in pole barn construction.

Excellent carpentry skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Proficient in safely using hand and power tools, measuring equipment, and heavy machinery.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Willingness to travel during the week.

Per diem offered

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and periodic screenings are standard.
